- Minimum order is €500
- Payment in advance through wire transfer or Paypal (fees: 3,5% – 4,5% extra EU). If payment is not received within 5 days from the proforma invoice, the order will be cancelled.
- We support delivery speed by giving the chance to leave a deposit of at least 1000€ in order to allow the client to have his order shipped in 24h from order reception and not funds reception (as it normal easy during standard process of proforma invoice being paid by wire transfer). The amount (minimum order is always 500€) will be deduced from the deposit, which you can “reactivate” by reaching again the 1000€.
- 5% or 10% extra discount don’t apply to the products within the OUTLET category. Those discounts apply only to “non OUTLET” products, so total discount on cart could appear lower, as it would apply to the total amount of the order.

For all other countries and/or weight exceeds 50 Kg, we’ll provide shipping quotation after the order has been prepared.

- Italjapan SRL sells only ORIGINAL products with original box with regular sale invoice. Watches are usually provided with their original instructions, but it is due to the customer, if needed, to control before buying that one or more specific languages are available for a certain product. No returns will be accepted for any reason regarding missing languages on the instructions.
- All products arriving at repair centre will be examined in order to check possible damages ore improper use. If necessary, pictures of these evidences will be shared with the client.
Insurance is valid only if cartons or pallets appear tampered upon receipt of the goods by the courier.
In addition, the customer is required to:
- inform the carrier and make a note on the waybill as follows: “Cartons/Pallets tampered/damaged, it is accepted subject to control of quantity and quality.”;
- Proceed with checking the physical goods and reporting on the delivery note any deficiencies between what is stated in the invoice and what has been delivered;
- Send by email at , within 48 hours, a scan of the waybill, with the notation required at point 1, as well as a detailed description of any deficiencies in case the same is not already been reported in the consignment note;
Any complaints on goods received, will only be accepted within seven days from the delivery date.
